   The service here is really slow. There were around ten people waiting for collection, and I stood in the queue for about ten minutes with no one coming to assist. When I finally got someone’s attention, they told me my order hadn’t arrived, even though I had already emailed and texted to confirm it was ready. After I insisted ans showed the email, the staff finally went to check and brought out my order. Very poor organisation and communication.

   Went to collect a £300 plus order from NEXT St Johns today. Very disappointed to experience the rude behaviour from tall blonde lady wearing spectacles - dispatching orders. Keep your far right opinion to yourself- if you do not wish to serve find a new job. Our purchases keep you in a job! NEXT reinforce some diversity training across your staff.

   Was my main store and always had a good experience apart from today. Firstly rude member of staff upstairs , refused to return our goods a day after we got them, fair enough but we asked to speak to the manager who then came huffing and puffing. She got really aggressive and abusive towards me. Told myself and my partner to get out of the store and that we weren’t allowed back in. Throwing tags and our items around the till. Absolutely abusing her power and shouting at us infront of everyone. It has been escalated higher but what a mess. Wont be returning but as the so called manager said we are banned. Lmao

   I had a very unpleasant experience with the lady called Isma in the men's department, St.Johns shopping centre in Wolverhampton. She was serving one person before me, on the tills. And it took her an ages to attach security tags back on returned by customer stuff. Why you would even do it if you see there are some more people are waiting to be served? Isma is very very slow. I felt under impression she does not understand what she is doing and where she is. I am sorry, but why would you guys even employ such a worker who is not there???

   Love experience in Next today, the atmosphere was peaceful and easy to shop, the staff are so lovely and polite. I love the Apoh Vincent Van Gogh clothing line! It's become a staple in my wardrobe!

   Very quick and simple click and collect system located on the ground floor at the rear of the shop. There are copious amounts of free parking (up to two hours) and there is a Costa and Paperchase on site too.
