Excellent gluten free experience. Informed staff started with what I'd picked from the menu and worked though what could be modified or other items on the menu that could be a better option. Ended up going with a GF version of the Houston burger. The GF sesame bun was toasted and was excellent compared to many gf breads. Similarly, the shoestring onions were made gf and had a great taste and crunch.

Breakfeats were beautiful and delicious, burger was delicious but overly charred. The tacos were not nice at all, was missing ingredients from the menu like avocado and cilantro, would not recommend the tacos at all.

Did email in Feburary of this year and then again to follow up - still no response We dined atΒ BodenesΒ in Lisburn this evening. We have been previously and enjoy it as a family. Tonight however, was genuinely the worst dining experience we have ever had. It was myself, my Fiance, my newborn, 2 year old and 11 year old. We were seated and someone came about 5 minutes later to take our drink orders and it was all fine. A different server brought our drinks down about 10 minutes after that. My Fiance and I both noticed 2 out of 4 of the glasses had actual lipstick mouth marks on it and he politely asked could they be exchanged as they had this. The waitress' immediate response was, "where??". So, he pointed it out. She swiped the glasses and off she went. About 5 minutes later she came back with two clean glasses, smacked them down and grunted "sorry" before walking off again. We waited about 40 minutes for our food which is fine, except it was a quiet Sunday night. This was about 8pm and there weren't very many tables full. Our food arrived with another server again who never spoke and sat down mine and my Fiances plate first and walked off to we assumed, get the rest. She came back with the kids trays and handed them to my 11 year old and my 2 year old. 2 years old. I intervened and grabbed it only to burn my hand. They were absolutely roasting and it was obvious by my oldest almost dropping hers and by me physically saying wow that's so hot. She never said anything and walked off. We had ordered extra sides and we waited another 5 minutes before these arrived again, with another server. Who was lovely and actually spoke to us. The next problem being the actual food. My 2 year old got a cheese burger. It was absolutely cremated and wouldn't eat it. My 11 year old was eating much slower than normal and I asked was her food okay, she said it was a bit too crispy and the pizza was a bit too dry. She too, stopped eating. My Fiance got a burger which was nice, but his side of garlic cubes was over cooked and very, very dry. I got beef and bird and mine was cold from the get go. My dipping sauce also came with a coating on top so I could tell it had been sitting a while. We get the kids ready to leave and I go up to pay. We stand at the counter waiting to pay and the girl there didn't speak, simply just put my bill on the counter and said Β£69.91. I asked could I pay by card and she gave me the card machine to tap. The only conversation we got was asking did I want a receipt, which I definitely did. Where was the customer service? Had we been asked was our meals ok, we could have explained that they weren't and why they weren't. There was zero atmosphere and zero customer service. And we will honestly never, ever be back. Β£69.91 wasted. A dining experience as a family out, ruined by bad food and bad service. Our 11 year old confused, as she had never experienced dining out like this. Especially not atΒ Bodenes. So where do we complain? Who actually speaks to us and not act like we are invisible?

My partner enjoyed his ribs and Guinness but I wasn't that Impressed, I got a quarter chicken instead of fried chicken and didn't really get an answer when I asked why. The Mac and cheese ball was dry and tasted of dirty oil. The deserts were nice. It appeared to have 3 similar outlets on same park, if try another if we were to return to this venue

Ate here this evening with work colleague. Seemed a long time for the food to get out then I was missing fries. However the meal was great...tasty and well priced. Staff friendly.

Appears to be a popular spot as there was a queue and staff were busy. I got a rib and wing combo tray, but I don't think it represents good value. A lot of items listed for the meal but very small portions, for example, the mac and cheese was a mouthful that came in a plastic dipping sauce container. No better or worse than the other restaurants at the omniplex site.

Great diner ,serving tasty food, lots of variety at affordable prices . Specials on for 2 or 3 courses. American diner, dinosaur themed so children will love it. Fast service and plenty of booths. Happy vibe and well cleaned. The food is really good and piping hot. Fast, fresh and fabulously tasty.

Came here for lunch. By far the best dish was the baby ribs with chicken - nice, tender and tasty. Chunky chips and green salad were fine too. However, burger was definitely a disappointment, the beef patty being dry and overcooked with badly burnt spots (despite we ordered it to be done medium). Likewise the Chicken nuggets tasted bland and my kid did not like it. Overall a mixed dining experience, and some dishes could have been better executed.
