   I got a chicken chow mein, it was absolutely huge. It came with thicker noodles than I'm used to but damn...it was STUNNING. Chicken breast, broccoli, carrot slivers, onions, cabbage and celery I think. Perfect for those who like meat but also lots of veggies. Only thing I'd like to add would be bean sprouts...next time though. Delivery was quick also but it was Tuesday night

   Edit/ new owners unfortunately it’s not the same:( no longer come here as often—// Been going here for years ! Started off when I was younger and now as an adult I’ll travel all the way up just for this specific Chinese. Amazing beef curry & the salted chilli chicken are both my favourite 11/10 definitely recommend

   Ordered off Just Eat and when I saw delivery time of 1-1.5 hours I cancelled order within 10 minutes They lied and said food had been prepared and kept the £21.20. I have a customer Crystal House for 40 years and I don't know who or what is running it now but stay awake folks, their prices also have went through the roof, money grabbing

   Went in to order food, staff very rude and made me wait whilst they took 2 phone orders and had a mishap with another order so that was 10minutes of waiting. Then eventually got my order after waiting 30minutes in the shop, I recommend if you order do it online. A customer also got served before me when I was already waiting for ages. Then the food was cold and unpleasant, I do not recommend these new owners of the crystal house. The old owners were amazing with lovely food but the new ones are awful!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

   Pathetic sized portions for the price. Meal came in small plastic container which wasn't even full. More rice than meat.. Bearing in mind this was a full sized adult meal I also ordered a childrens chicken ball meal and asked if I could have the chicken balls in a seperate bag as child doesn't like gravy over them makes them soggy.. I was told it would cost an extra 60p to have them separate. I'll not be back..

   Prices up, quantity reduced,I ordered a sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style amount of chicken 8 really tiny pieces ,no longer value for money so I'll be taking my business elsewhere .

   First time I ordered from this place. The chicken balls where not cooked and freezing. I had to throw them out. The chips where also stone cool and it’s only a mile away. Now the prawn crackers where good and the chicken in the curry but never again.
