   Ordered a collection on Sunday evening. Picked it up and the food was not cooked they said no to my refund and asked did I want another one. Definitely no no after that meal put me off eatting there. Outside the shop is disgusting it’s so dirty for customers and very cold not very welcoming at all and hygiene is 1 star says a lot for the food it’s definitely not the cleanest Chinese. Avoid at all costs. And to add my plastic bag look like it was used there was all foot prints of a shoe stamped on it. We then got a golden boat was very tasty the chef in golden boat recommended a dish and I’ll definitely be back to there the staff in golden boat said clementine had copied there curry previous and there smoked chicken. I wouldn’t recommend Clementine to other

   The food here is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even helped me decide what to order! Portions are generous, and I’d definitely recommend giving it a try — don’t knock it till you’ve tried it. Despite the mixed reviews, I’m glad I came, because it was a great experience.

   Best Chinese in Belfast! Food is delicious, staff are so friendly and helpful and deliveries are always super fast. Wouldn’t eat out of any other Chinese. Always 10/10! Highly recommend!

   Raging. This place is 5 mins away. Ordered munchie box at 6.20pm.Phoned at 7.30pm asking what was up. They made a mistake. Ok, cool. 30 mins later I call again and it's out for delivery. Ok. Food arrives 20 mins later, cold. Ask them to give me my money back and take the food back. They short changed my refund by £2.50. When I called, they told me not to order again. So, I basically paid £2.50 to get messed around for 2 hours. I'll be down to have a word with the owner, this is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs

   Order at least twice a week from this place & have ate my way through most of the menu but has been becoming more & more inconsistant of late. Fried beef sometimes, other times boiled like jelly! Stodgy undercooked batter more often than not on the chicken balls, sauce & fried rice sometimes drowned in sauce, other times barley a spoonful! Food never really roasting, just warm. Id have rated this place before 9/10 but now days about 4/10. Like most others, I have to agree that staff lack manners but unlike some I personally find the chinese young girl the worst. She will ignore you when you come in to collect your order if she is gossiping to someone and they dont seem to mind overcrowding the shop with non facemask wearing customers either.

   Phoned and placed an order at 540 then I had to phone back at 630 to see where it was to be told it was on its way then had to phone back 10 mins later to see where it was again. Was not happy as I live like 7 mins away from the Chinese and it took them an hour and 20 mins and still did not have my order ended up cancelling my order and going elsewhere this was my first time ordering here and my last. I do not recommend this place unless you don't mind waiting long time for your food.

   The counter girl known as Tracy is a complete and utter disgusting person. She's zero manners for costumers and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for keeping her as counter staff. She's rude, file and acts as if she owns the place. The owner needs to fire her ASAP! She needs a serious reality check including someone to tell her to grow up dying her hair like the young one's do. The food can be lovely apart from when they don't clean their pans etc right, but despite that the food is still nice. They need to get rid of that counter girl and get someone who is actually nice to costumers.
