   Used to love this place and get shoes from here until the lady called my mom a liar and had a rude attitude over her wanting to let them know about how her sandals broke from one day of using them. At first, I thought she (my mom) was being dramatic over the shoes, since I know the quality of them. But now I'm annoyed at how it's been handled. The shop clerk told my mom that she broke them on purpose, why would you try to let a shop know about shoes being 'broken on purpose'. She kept telling my mom how she must have 'kicked the sandals about'. as it's never happened to them before. My mom can't even run, let alone kick shoes about lmao. These shoes aren't even high quality to begin with. They are beautiful and affordable, however. So, of course, they won't last long, but my mom didn't know that. And they are definitely meant to last more than a day. so I have no idea why she would think someone would lie about some sandals, to let the people who make them know there is a fault? unless my mom just got a bad batch. It happened, and the lady was rude about it. The other ladies tried to help and were polite the other times, but the one today was on something. Another issue now that I think about is why would sandals break that easy if someone was to even kick their feet about ? Doesn't even make sense. If you even kicked your feet about and sandals break , what's that saying about the make of them and the brand as a whole? How hard does she think someone would have to kick to even have broken sandals after one use. I've legit had brown fur wedge boots from here before, and the base of them have come unattached after a few months. (Not complaining about them as I loved them and they where affordable ) So broken sandals after one day isn't far fetched, just because it hasn't been reported before , doesn't mean it doesn't happen, it's just the fact that most people just leave it. Because they cannot be arsed. My mom said no to the refund at first. She should have just taken it, but she didn't. There's still no reason to call her a liar and be rude about it though. Just writing here to see if anyone else has had the same issue with quality and staff.

   Nice shoes and handbags inside this shop! Limited numbers of size 8 shoes though (which i know is not their fault) Hence the 4 stars. Lovely courteous staff too.

   The shop is small and a little awkward but this is compensated by absolutely wonderful staff who tbh cannot do enough for you. There are fashion surprises at every turn. We never come out empty handed. Well done Jeff Bains.
