   Had an absolute nightmare over the Christmas period with my washing machine and cooker both failing at the same time. After going to all the shops in the surrounding areas I stumbled upon home appliance city. When I went inside the shop I could not believe the sheer size of the shop. The pictures do not do any justice people the shop is massive. I met one of the sales person who went by the name Abu. Abu was an absolute angel, since I was unsure of which one I wanted he stayed with me and helped me pick the best ones they had on offer to meet my needs which a lot of places do not do. Instead of saying a bunch of prices and showing random stock, Abu first made sure he knew what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend before offering me anything. Ended up buying a fridge and a cooker both for £450 which would have cost me over £1000 if I bought them brand new!!! And the only cosmetic damage that was on the items were on the side which didn’t bother me as my appliances go into a space where the sides cannot be seen. Honestly after being to so many appliance shops over the years, I have found the shop that I will always come back to just for the service alone. Even the staff that delivered my items were extremely polite and considerate of my place where most places the delivery people will end up damaging the product or the actual house. If your ever in the market for an appliance, Home Appliance city is the place to go for the best service and best prices!!!!
