Great little Aladdins cave. Lot bigger inside than the shop front would have you believe. Found some brilliant bargains here over the years and theyve recently been a life saver for me while I've been doing up the house the past couple months. Whilst they don't carry everything, they have a hell of lot in stock that your major DIY chains probably wouldn't and they pretty decently priced too. Staff are brilliant and knowledgable and will do everything they can to help you. Highly recommend.
Have been here a few times and it never disappoints. No longer live close so any visits take full advantage and look at everything. Price's are really competitive and they stock the odd unusual things like carbolic soap - don't see that often these days!! Great selection of bird tables and garden ornaments outside too. Well worth a visit

A wide range in a tiny shop. It's my normal first port of call if I need DIY materials or tools. Always a friendly helpful service.
My partner went by herself as I was preoccupied working. My wife asked for assistance to be treated in a rude manner. Assuming it was her first question he struggled with, she tried another couple of times. She left the shop making her feelings clear. It may be convenient if it's in stock, if not save the arrogance & go elsewhere
