   Bought a Grundig Fridge Freezer from these guys once we realised our current fridge had gone bang. They have a good selection of appliances and we had alot of choice to look at. We needed a freestanding fridge freezer, so not fitted, preferably in silver. Ended up getting our Grundig for £310 + £20 to take the old one away. The same fridge is currently for sale in Currys for £480, and the only blemish on ours was sticker adhesive that was on he front. Very easily cleaned off! Very very pleased. Only hiccup with my experience was the delivery was delayed by a day, but that was no fault of the companies. Would definitly use again.

   Ordered a cooker hood from this company on Thursday 03/03/2022. Having not received a confirmation email from by the following day I phoned up the sales team who confirmed my order was being processed and should be out for delivery on "Monday or Tuesday". On Monday morning I still had not received any confirmation email with any tracking details, so I phone again. This time I was told the order was out for delivery and is due to arrive before 4pm. At 4.05pm the item had not arrived so I phoned the sales team to check where the item was, the person on the phone said they would email me over my tracking number. At 4.15pm no tracking number had arrived so I phoned again. This time I spoke to somebody else who told me that the order had never even been collected by the courier in the fist place as it could not be found in their warehouse, and therefore I would be receiving a refund. This was the first time I was told any of this and had conflicting messages on all of my previous calls where I was told "it was on the way". All the while I have a fitter working on installing my kitchen and they are waiting for this cooker hood to arrive to finish the work. I will now need to go out and source a different product and possibly incur further costs due to my fitter having to come back another time. Not happy!

   We have just purchased a fridge freezer and cooker from this company their service is first class we found Becky and Josh to be most helpful full of information, us being pensioners needed things explaining more than once and this was never too much trouble. They delivered next day that was another plus. Would highly recommend anyone.
