Great food from this takeaway with generous portions and friendly staff. Couldn’t finish it all but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely order again.
Loved the food from Yau’s Take Away very good portion was not able to all of it but amazing food. I would order again from this take away. Also very warm and Friendly staff.
We ordered 4 omelettes and chips with chicken balls. The omelette and chicken balls were amazing as always but the chips were a huge let down as they were reheated. It's not the first time this has happened either. It's a pity as the food other than the chips is always excellent.
Saddened to even right this review but I’m afraid I will never return back, I was a loyal customer to this take away for a year straight I have spent hundreds of pounds on orders, ordering once maybe twice a week every week for a year straight! I’ve moved house and moved 5 minutes drive away from where my old house used to be. I offered to pay extra for them to deliver but they just out right refused, I thought with the amount of money I have spent and how loyal and committed I have been maybe some loyalty back would of gone along way! i used to always tip the drivers to and come Christmas time give them a additional £10 as a treat for great service i will never ever recommend this take away ever again and will take my loyalty else where!!!!
First time ordering through just eat. Selected earlier as I was going out. Prompt delivery lovely delivery chap, food absolutely delicious. Can't fault anything. Will definitely order again.
Always good food from yaus, delivery times vary but usually they are incredibly prompt. Having tried most of the Chinese takeaways in Carlton/Netherfield this is our go to one. I usually ring rather than use just eat. 4/5 food hygiene rating and always delicious food.
Absolute joke this Chinese is!! We use them regularly but never again. I waited 2 hrs for delivery, then when it didn't arrive, I rang and they said we haven't started it and it would be another 30mins! Their excuse was that walk ins have priority. I asked if we could have a discount for our inconvenience and they said no so had to end up cancelling the order completely! they were rude and unhelpful and I won't be going again! I will be spreading the word that friends and family shouldn't go to them anymore!! If I could give 0 stars I would!
Typical Chinese takeaway in Carlton extensive menu, but the chicken leaves a lot to be desired. We had chicken chow mein and to be honest it could have been anything including dog meat , slimy, tasteless, really disgusting. You make your own decision. Won't be using them again.
Regularly order from here and usually the same thing which has been good up to now. Ordered the crispy shredded beef Cantonese but it had no beef in it. If it dud it was as dry as cardboard as that is what of tasted like. Left the lot. Very disappointed.
