I have been a customer for over 10 year's But after today's delivery, Chips must have been the day before, Chicken chow mein has got no chicken, Sorry Golden dragon not good enough. You've lost a customer.
Well first of all, the lady on the phone taking the order is rude as hell, sounding like she couldn’t even be bothered to take my order and her attitude is rude. Second of all, the food presentation looked nice but needs more taste and not for it to dry out quick; the chips look greasy as hell but was still tasty. Next time train your staff into answering the phone without the attitude and sounding lazy. Absolutely rude woman.
Food was wonderful, hot and delicious. Delivery arrived very quickly and driver was very nice and friendly would definitely recommend. Had the the Kung Po special with singapore rice. My wife on the overhand had crispy shredded chicken in cantonese sauce with vegetable rice.
Got food poisoning from the chicken as it was dry and hard asif they had reused it and im 6 months pregnant which is very very dangerous. Was first time trying this place too the only good thing was the chill and salt chips

I have ordered yesterday through Just eat I found a long black hair on my chow mein veg Absolutely disgusting. spoke to just eat customer service and nothing happened You should follow food higine better in 2020 with all the precautions that you could take as nets or hats to avoid this inconvenience. Again disgusting
Wonderful people but unfortunately haven’t moved with the times. Deliveroo, offer fresher food and more deals. Food is a little greasy. A bit outdated in comparison with others. Love the little place, just think it would be more popular in the times of easy dining with a refresh! Come back strong guys, you’re loved but not used much because you deserve a new start. The time has come... look forward to the next chapter x
Food is overpriced. When have you ever heard of a potion of chips costing 1.75? The chips are nothing special, deep fried and greasy. They need some deals. Maybe why it's always so dead and empty in there. The staff on the other hand are v lovely
