Took my ipad for repair and told me he's gonna call me in a week time which never happened I visited several times and every time the guy told me he didn't have time to do, after 3 months I brought my ipad back in broken pieces. Seems like this guy is dodgy and don't know how to repair ipad, tablets and phones only knows small repairing work.
My cracked phone screen was repaired in half an hour which was great, until I noticed faint blotches on the screen and the camera blurred. When I took it back, the screen was again replaced, within the hour. The phone had small chips where the screen was removed, I was told this can just happen. I complained and was offered to bring it in again to repair the chips. I asked for a refund but this was declined. The newest screen seemed okay but now it has days when it doesn't respond at all. I wish I'd not wasted my money and just bought a new phone, which I now need to do.
Hi, I recently got my phone repaired at your shop and I’ve noticed a few issues. The sound is a bit muffled when I turn the volume up, and the screen glitches (with coloured static lines) when I play certain videos — both in my gallery and in my browser. It was fine before, so I think something might be loose or not fully connected after the repair. Would it be okay to bring it back in for you to check? I brought my Nintendo Switch in for repair due to a Wi-Fi issue. They replaced the motherboard, but this did not fix the problem. The bill was £70, but they tried to charge me £90, claiming £20 was for “diagnosing” the issue I had already told them about. After two weeks, I picked up my console only to find the screen scratched (it was previously in like-new condition with no signs of use) and the casing not properly screwed back together. In the end, they denied causing the scratches, did not fix the Wi-Fi problem, and still demanded £70. Very unprofessional – I do not recommend leaving your devices there. Edit: In response to your reply... you just demonstrated your knowledge of Nintendo consoles. There's no blue screen, it's ORANGE ! You scratched the screen, even in front of me, you put it face down when you put it away... I left the console for another two weeks because I was going away, and you still didn't fix either the screen or the Wi-Fi... If you like to take care of your things, don't leave anything there for repair...
I dropped my mobile phone and the screen broke and my mobile went crazy and would not work! The lovely gentlemen at Tech Repaired sorted it out (I really thought it was completely broken). They were very efficient, kind (I was rather stressed out) and knowledgeable. They did a very good repair and as u can tell my phone now works, thank goodness! Great service, they repaired my iPhone in less than an hour while I was shopping at ASDA. the price was very reasonable and stuff was friendly. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
