Great food, the salt and pepper chips were probably the best I've had and I've tried 30 different places across the country. Red Thai Curry excellent also, good prices and service.
If I could give 0 stars I would have. Waited over 2 hours for the food and when it arrived it wasn't hot or tasty. As for the lady that answered the phone when we rang to ask where it was she was RUDE!!! asked how long our food would be and all she had to say is well we are busy and your order has a tick so I think it's on it way! Pure attitude will never order from here again!
I have been ordering from this place since I can remember! I'm now 24 so many years... today they not only did wait an hour and a half for my food but when it did arrive it was missing items I'd paid for and the wrong order... when I rang they said they would send the order now, but by the time they would have got here I was full, so asked for a partial refund, they refused to refund me, after explaining how loyal I was to them they did not care and said we don't do refunds. How awful, as a customer or loyal customer if I'm not happy with the foods I expect my money back. I stated I will not be going with them again and how unhappy I am, shame as it is my fave Chinese. Very disappointed, that kind of customer service gets you no where.
This is the only Chinese takeaway I will eat from. I love their lunchbox 3 in 1 / 4 in 1 deals. Great value for money and so tasty. Their curry sauce is second to none! Would defiantly recommend!!
Phoned up on Sunday 27th May 2018 to order some food. One lady answered the phone took our order but then passed us on to another lady who then took our order again we have no idea why this happened. Drove to the take away got our food and when we got home noticed they had got our order wrong so we phoned back up said they had got our order wrong and the lady on the phone agreed to replace our meal and give us a refund at that time we were happy. When we got back to the take away we were then told we can have the refund but they would only give us half price on fresh food even though they made the mistake and on the phone said we could have a refund and a fresh order. As we discussed this the daughter of one of the workers turned around and called us rude and actually said we lied which is not good customer service. Absolutely shocking customer service from normally a very reliable establishment. Never seen these two ladies working in there before but they have bought there reputation right down in our expectation and probably Will not order from there until those two leave.
