Ordered here few times first time trying salt and pepper box only thing we ate was chips , wouldn’t even give my dog this , really disappointed

But what I met was not remorse — It was ice, dressed as indifference. They spoke like I was dirt beneath their shoe, As though I had no right to ask where my food — my money — had gone. No apology. No offer. Only clipped words, sharp enough to cut, And a click. So here I am. Fed only by disappointment, Served a full plate of disrespect. Hong Kong House — you do not trade in food. You trade in false promises, In coldness, In the quiet theft of something small… yet sacred. A meal. A moment. A little act of care. Gone. And all that remains is the bitter taste of being utterly, utterly dismissed.
Sent the incorrect order, and sadly the chicken was quite dry. Delivery was fast, and the chips were good. But overall, disappointing, as the order cost more than what we received.
We have never had a bad dish from here. Good service and great prices. Always have it delivered x
The worst Chinese food I ever had! Absolutely unbelievable that something like this could be served to people! Even my cat could not eat the unrecongnisible hard pieces of something which suppose to be a duck... Not tasty food, full of bread and hard unedible vegetable..
Worst Chinese ever, order takeaway paid cash in delivery. Prawns (in batter)were an absolute disaster, clearly not fresh, special curry was full of mushrooms, one prawn and old meat sauce was so thick and clearly not fresh. 5 mins in and were both violently sick. GIVE THEM A WIDE BIRTH!
The food was lovely, a lot of choice - I went for the special chow mien and the portion was big for the price! The lady was helpful and did not rush me when I was choosing one of the 300 dishes! Will come back again :)
