   I genuinely give up with New Hong Kong. I have the same thing everytime, pork in black bean sauce with peppers and no chili. Yet everytime I order I either get beef instead of pork, or with chilis or with mushrooms instead of peppers.

   I ordered the chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce from this place a few days ago and unfortunately became severely ill shortly afterward. I experienced food poisoning symptoms that lasted for three days, including persistent vomiting, which was extremely unpleasant and disruptive. This raises serious concerns about the food safety and handling practices at this establishment. I would strongly caution others to be mindful before ordering, as my experience suggests there may be significant issues with food quality control!

   definitely topped every other chinese, the food was hot enough, the collection time was amazing got my food collected within 10 mins, the curry sauce was not to spicy and not to plain, the rice and chips was not soggy and not hard and the prawn crackers tasted so fresh, the cashier girl was lovely and polite had a nice laugh. Deffo coming here again ☺️☺️

   This place has gone downhill placed an order yesterday salt pepper chips the onion and veg was raw. Chicken fried rice looked pale and tasted bland. Chicken curry was disgusting watery crap couldn't eat it. I highly recommend you try elsewhere they have lost my custom it will only be a matter of time before they give someone food poisoning.

   Stone cold food after waiting an hour and a half. Soggy cold chips. Made no attempt to resolve the issue. We spend a lot of money regularly on Take away here but never again. Disgusting. The comment below by the owner or staff is a Complete LIE my partner said he would be bringing the food back as it was inedible. He never threatened to put anything through the window at all .. I'd like proof of this ?? He has complained about the food being cold before. We waited an hour and a half for the food. It had obviously been out of the shop for that long ! How sad that you have to lie. We didn't want the money back or replaced , but an Apology would have been expected. Get some Customer service and learn how to treat people. Nasty liar's.

   EVERYTHING tasted of salt. It all looked over done. Salt and peppered chicken just tasted of salt. The omelette was just salty I will never ever order from here again and I wouldn’t of in the first place if ruby house wasn’t shut.

   Ordered tonight after our usual place was closed. Absolutely beautiful! It’s fair to say it’s better than our usual place and we have now decided to stick with yourselves, the portion sizes are bigger than what we’re used to and the quality was so much nicer. We’re very pleasantly surprised! You just gained 2 new customers who after ordering elsewhere for the last 7 years, are very happy! not one complaint! Thankyou!

   I am really disappointed how I was treated when after many years of having regular takeaways I called to advise the crispy aromatic duck was fatty and not crispy at all. I asked for a refund of this and was told no refund available after 5 mins of going round in circles I eventually got them to refund this but there customer complaints handling leaves a lot to be desired. Please do not use as I will not be again as apparently all customer lie and try it on to get a free be and everyone is the same
