   I'm a volunteer on the BEAT reception in the Heart and Lung centre I volunteer on a Wednesday 12 noon until 3pm I've seen how busy they get at times but there always polite and service is good. I asked personally a question to which I had spoken to Ross he answered my question was polite and curtious and very helpful.

   Very disappointed that a cafe in the Heart and Lung does not sell decaffeinated coffee. Yes there is Costa in A and E and Greggs. But in the heart and lung no decaf. This needs addressing ASAP.

   My mother was resting here today after day surgery. The settees are VERY low, far too low for elderly people to get out of, the cover on the settee was also ripped. But to cap it all, before she left my mother asked me to get her, "a few sips of water". When I asked at the cafe they refused in an unpleasant way, and told me I had to buy "a plastic bottle of water"!
