Busy ! So the barista rushed through the orders. The coffee as a result was below average. Wouldn’t go to this outlet again. Secondly the place is dirty, may be they are understaffed and overcrowded.
Coffee was fine,usual Costa, cake was good. Service was fine. BUT the place was a tip! Grubby upholstery, untidy looking. You can't blame the staff the whole place needs a refurb! And soon!
I had the sweetest server, I believe her name is Clara. She was patient with me as I was unsure what drink I wanted. I left with a beautiful coffee and my 3 children left with yummy cookies and brownies. I wish there was more Clara's in this world. Thank you so much
Great place to pop in while shopping. However in busy periods the table arent well looked after and the toilets… ehm. Desserts are very sweet for my taste but the drinks are perfect. Employews are very friendly. Unfortunately the prices grew quite a bit.
Costa Coffee, Bentley Bridge is a lovely place to indulge in a cappuccino and a lemon muffin as I did, it’s the usual Costa fare with coffee choices to blow your mind, long gone are the days an instant coffee to go, this is serious good for your taste buds, the snacks on offer will cover most of everyone’s taste buds. The site is perfect considering it’s location with many big shops around it and especially as Sainsbury’s coffee shop is closed, there is more than adequate seating and it’s kept impressively clean, even the toilets are spotless a big plus for me, this Costa I will return
Asked what gluten free food they had ,they didn't know, they said have a look at back of everything. They should know working in z food industry. But they did say vegetarian food we said no gluten free . They should know difference

Went here today and the staff were lovely and so accomodating. It was quite busy but they still took the time to answer queries I had about the Costa app and came over to double check it was working properly afterwards. Really kind servers. Brilliant customer service.
