    The manager in this store is amazing friendly and always so quick to take orders and makes sure the shop is always tidy only problem I have is there’s a new lad young lad working here mostly seen on weekend shift who stares at women making them feel uncomfortable my sister felt awkward when he kept staring at her. ( this has happened 3 times now of him frequently staring )

    Lovely establishment and decent place to work in a peaceful setting however unfortunately my companions drink was left on the side for 20 minutes. Rather than bringing the drink over for them, they left it on the side to get cold. They stated they attempted to call them, however we were sitting quite far away. I think it would of been kind of them to bring the drink over as a good will gesture. Customer service is as important as the food and drink being served! I recognise the staff have numerous tasks to complete but it is important that people feel valued and looked after when attending your establishment, it would most definitely encourage me to come again.

    Came here because Costa has changed their milk which is not very nice, tim Hortons is still card only payments which is ridiculous. I happen to find out that this place is open from 10 am most days. Absolutely fabulous service, have what you want. Would be nice if they opened a bit earlier, but as they are in the cinema, I understand why they aren't. Glad I found their opening times... Can get a decent coffee now when I start work a bit later certain time of the month.
