   AWESOME PLACE! We had a fantastic experience at The Waterfront Hungry Horse! The food arrived hot, sizzling, and absolutely delicious, full of flavour and clearly cooked with care. The staff were brilliant from start to finish, especially Dee, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and cosy, with plenty of comfortable seating and a great layout that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. I genuinely love this place and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!

   Absolute waste of money. First we were waiting ages to get assigned to our table (since we booked in advance), to the point where we had to go and ask if there was any Front of House staff on today so we could sit down. It wasn’t busy at all, either. Food came and halloumi fries were rock hard, portions were scarce for their price (For example, first picture was from today, second picture was from a year or two ago. Note no lettuce, no red jalapeños, barely any veg and chicken, and absolutely NO presentation whatsoever. And what’s with the extra nachos scattered on top?). Chips had an odd taste to them too. Overall, none of us were happy with our meals, and were left disappointed and dissatisfied. They took forever to take away our dishes aswell, which may I add again, restaurant was not busy at all. Only thing that saved it was the Baileys profiterole ice cream, which was nice, but we only ordered it because we were so disappointed with our meal. It’s sad to see the food and service go downhill, as this was one of my favourite places to go for a nice meal with my partner or my family.

   (Personal opinion only) First of all, the Yorkshire pudding was delicious! Big and fluffy. It had a nice crispy outer shell. However, the Yorkshire pudding being so outstanding, it had a stark contrast of other food on the table.. Please look at the pictures. Other food was cooked enough to be eaten but it’s not well cooked at all. I was expecting at least a little bit grilled/roasted marks on the food. (Pic 1) pigs in blankets. (Pic 2) Cauliflower and cheese. (Pic 3) roasted potatoes were barely roasted. (Pic 4) vegetables. Put food aside, staff were friendly and polite. Atmosphere was good as usual.

   Polite staff , fast service, plenty of sitting areas and also tables available outside by the canal. Food rating is 6 out of 10 for me simply because the sizzling was not sizzling and the waitress was giving us a safety instruction how hot it was when you clearly could see that the onions and peppers are raw.

   Food presentation was average professional standards, atmosphere don't even ask felt like going to the public swimming pool. Value for money 5/10 , staff friendliness all members were rude , told other customers I quoted " Don't site there "

   Just been for Christmas dinner. Staff pleasant that’s all the positives. Negatives - raw pigs in blankets had to be sent back. Missed food items, cold food, wrong meals, food service was slow and I had finished my meal before other family members had theirs. Granted manager has discounted meal and offered drinks but if they sorted their food quality and chefs out they wouldn’t need to. Avoid at all costs.

   The food was good. The staff were friendly. The place was nice. However the £100 parking fine leaves a bit of a bad taste and means I won't be returning unfortunately. Euro Car parks say the pay and display signs were clearly visible, but obviously they weren't, otherwise I could have paid for my parking. I have never seen a cinema / restaurant complex like this one (there are hundreds around the country) where there was a charge. Hey Ho. We live and learn.
