   You’d have more luck ordering parts from a zoo than you have from this place. On more than 10-15 occasions I’ve ordered parts only to be sent the incorrect items, then when you call back to arrange the correct parts, you get the worst attitude and lack of help. Absolute bunch of clowns

   I rang up SEAT and they advised their parts department had just shut but to head over to TPS Wolverhampton as they were still open until 13:00 on a Saturday. Arrived there at 12:50 which I know is 10 minutes prior to closing but I needed to get some coolant at short notice before heading off on a road-trip the following day. As I arrived they were letting someone in but the worker locked the door as I was walking over, looked and me and didn’t say anything to indicate it was shut. I waited outside for 5 minutes before the worker came back and said they were closed. I pointed to the sign next to the door that says closing on a Saturday is 13:00. They indicated that the closing of the counter is 12:30. I asked why it states 13:00 everywhere online and on their physical building sign and they simply walked off. I don’t like to ever leave complaints but I just feel like this was quite poor from the worker and if you can’t go into the parts department after 12:30 (despite someone literally being let in before me) then why state you’re open?

   TPS was the best parts delivery service now it’s gone down the pan Parts booked on my account which I have never ask for Then they charge you a handling charge To have them back And stop your account dreadful !! It’s getting Worse than ever on holiday and they’re still booking parts to my account and sending me credit notes to my phone
