I bought a mini cooper head unit from them and it would not connect to power. It clearly had been fire and water damaged and they refused to return it and began laughing saying that's how business works when they sold us a ruined part for almost £400. Not truthworthy and they won't accept returns.
Scam artist..puts prices up...rude ..avoid these cowboys..go somewhere else...
Went to get a part from this sham of a business. When i arrived to collect the part, the guy almost double the price of it. Pictures below, know on eBay as monmoresalvage. Would give minus stars if I could, defo AVOID. Most 5* reviews probably written by their own employees. Parts City Ltd, who has let a 5* review is also owned by relatives of this business owner.
I sent WhatsApp on a Sunday and received a reply very early Monday. Very helpful and my part was delivered on Tuesday at lunchtime as promised.
Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Nothing was to much hassle. Kind and friendly and the genuine used door I received was in Excellent condition and well packaged. Responded very quickly to questions. Maybe some other used car places can take a lesson from them in Customer Services. I will definitely use them again.

Nice chaps , pleasant to deal with , but totally miffed as I had driven 270 miles round trip to get this rare door that was the only one to be found in this matched colour , for it to be taken into workshop to have the glass and regulator , locks and door handle removed for it to come out to me with a scratch on it that wasn't there when I paid for it , just cost me £60 for the local chips away man to get it somewhere near how it should be .At least don't insult me by saying it was there when it wasn't !!
