   Lovely store and pleasant staff . The clothes are laid out in helpful colour coordination. However on completing a purchase I was informed that there was no refunds. It made me feel that the garment may not have been as good as I had hoped even before I had left the store! It didn't give a good confident fibe over the sale. As I was informed only after I had purchased. If it didn't suite then an exchange or a voucher would only be given. When I challenged this I was rather bluntly informed that as a çhanging room was available they didn't have to refund. This didn't make any sence . Many people buy for others who cannot go to the store for example the elderly, ill or disabled. And so the availability of an in store changing room should not exempt them from giving refunds on items that are not fit for purpose or are found to be damaged. While I liked the store and staff I like my ability to get my money back if I'm not satisfied with a product more. I'm pretty sure trading standards does say there is a window within which a store should grant a refund. At this time of year when we are all buying for others this is something that many customers find important. Other stores are available that do sell Italian style clothes and give refunds. For this reason I'm disappointed in customer care and so have given a 3. I am warning others of this policy so that if you want choice and refunds are important shop elsewhere. You will be fighting to get your money back at vogue if your garment is not as you had wished.

   Was in store today, first time, and I couldn't rate the staff highly enough, I have have limited mobility and the staff were so attentive and caring, I was really stressing about having to select clothes, but came away very happy with my purchases, they really took the stress out of stress, and I will be shopping in vogue in Newtownards from now, loved the range available, thank you so much fot the help today, definitely a 10* rating from me
