My wife needed a dress for her work’s Christmas dinner on Saturday 3/12/22.. she ordered from monsoon online but due to Royal Mail postal strike her dress wasn’t going to arrive in time… 1 phone call to the shop in forestside and a really helpful staff member was able to get the dress from their stock and hold it for collecting on Friday evening…. I believe she’s called Ruth… she went above and beyond… saved the day… well done to her and the store….
