   The team at Platinum Vehicle Services gave me an amazing, five star 'Platinum' experience. I took an Audi Q7 there for a Pre-purchase inspection, and they were incredibly helpful. Fitted me in for a same day appointment, did an advanced inspection at very favourable price point, and really took their time going through the car and explaining what they found. They also provided a comprehensive report. Their checks enabled me to buy the car with peace of mind. The team were very welcoming and very thorough on the job. I highly recommend them.

   Brilliant MOT service that was quick, professional and trustworthy. For my MOT I always prefer to use small businesses rather than large outfits like Kwik Fit that tend to suggest a lot more work needs doing than is actually required. Omar at Platinum Vehicle Services was very friendly and happy to talk me through the testing procedure. He also offered me a cup of Pukka herbal tea while I was waiting - which I greatly took him up on! Will certainly be using him every year from now on!

   I now bring all of my cars here. Very honest and advise upfront on the nature of the work needed. I get regular WhatsApp video updates of the working being carried out. Honest advice of any issues with video proof to back it up. They provide recommendations and don't push for unnecessary work. This is now my go to garage. Have used them twice in less than 6 months for both of my cars. Great work!

   Omar is a very nice well mannered mechanic who has fantastic knowledge offers great customer service at competitive prices. Will use him in the future and recommend to family and friends. Installed a new battery and carried out MOT collect and dropped car off when stated and kept me in the loop throughout with excellent communication if you need a mobile mechanic his your man. Due to me suffering from epilepsy really needed someone to offer this service so appreciated him going over and above and not charging me extra to provide this service.

   Oil was leaking from the oil sump and really wanted to get that service, however didnt know any good garages in town, came accross "Platinum" and because of the great reviews decided to give them a call, Spoke to Omer and while he had no availability for the next day he still agreed to fix the problem, picked the car from my house and also dropped it to my place without any extra charges, the work was spot on, he also kept me posted about the issue and what was fixed (sent a video, pre and post repair) Highly recommend him and this garage Very professional and great prices
