   Absolutely shocking service from Evans Halshaw Vauxhall. Car booked in under warranty on a Friday, to replace a leaking water pump. Couldn't order parts until the Monday, with a 24/48hrs lead time on delivery of parts (outrageous) then parts not ordered on the Monday as person dealing with it initially was off sick, which can't be helped, but this wasn't picked up by anyone else, either so further unexpected and unnecessary delay. Parts finally ordered, on the Tuesday, only because I phone to check the status, otherwise wouldn't have known, as no call to was made to me. then couldn't get the car done the day they promised (Thursday) as not all parts delivered. Car was eventually fixed, and collected 11 days later. Not even convinced the part was actually replaced as it looks as old as the original. Not only that, they couldn't even be arsed to give it a complimentary clean, even though they had it over a week, and now won't respond to my emails. Avoid if possible and go to another Vauxhall garage. Will never buy another car from Evans Halshaw!!

   I recently purchased a Seat Ibiza from the Walsall branch and was looked after by Shea Feeley from beginning to end. It was my first time purchasing a car so I had no idea what the process entailed, however Shea ensured that I understood what was going on at all times and kept me up to date on a daily basis. Nothing was too much for Shea; he arranged to meet my uncle on a few occasions when I couldn't view the car for myself and was quick and efficient at getting things completed at every stage. Shea has maintained a professional manner throughout this process as well as coming across as very genuine and friendly and I can't recommend him or thank him enough for all his help.
