    Didn't listen to the issue I was describing. Kept cutting me off and pushing me for an oil and filter change even though it was completely unrelated to the issue and had recently been replaced. Ended up changing them anyway without my permission. Then quoted over £600 more for a repair than the other garage I went to after. Not a good garage.
