After spending 280 quid to get my car fixed, I left with misaligned wheels and warning lights on my dashboard. I was informed to return the next day to get it sorted (clearly knowing they were not opened the next day). After arriving and finding the shop closed, I called 15+ times and no answer. Ended up paying another mechanic to fix the new problems that had been created. C1 texted me later in the evening saying they were expecting my call since morning, you mean after the 15+ times I called? Well… they agreed to refund me the difference for the extra work I had paid another mechanic to fix. Till date no refund has been received and I still experience the initial issue I paid 280 quid to get sorted. Definitely not returning to this place and won’t recommend to anyone either. Poor communication and terrible service.

I hate giving bad reviews to car repair shops. The owner is okay, but I had problem with how they fixed my car with the installation of suspension bush, there was a knockinb noise after, been there twice but they couldnt not fix it, saying that the job theyve done was okay, it could be something else, but literally the knocking noise was present after the installation. So I left with the fear that I would break down. I went to other garage to have fixed the issue. CONFIRMED They were not properly installing the suspension bush and destroyed the thread of the the bolts. The other garage had fixed it, without giving them a hint, they spotted where the problem on their own without telling them I just had my suspension bush done, they investigated further, the job wasnt done properly. I apologize for this review but I just want to be honest.
