   For the last 15+ years Dale has been doing all work & MOT’s on my families vehicles. He’s always honest which is very rare to find in my opinion and it goes a long way. Not only can you trust him to do the job, he never tells you things need doing when they don’t. On the one occasion we have gone elsewhere, the polar opposite happened. My mother was conned out of £1000 for work that had not been done. The vehicle broke down the following day and had to be ‘done again’. It was only after refusing and threatening legal action did they ‘rectify’ it - although the fix didn’t last long and we ended up back at Dale Ratledges. Can’t speak more highly, a reputation of honesty and quality goes a long way! Appreciate it
