   Just bought a lovely Mettalic red Nissan Quashqui from Bridge Street Motors was just passing and saw it, they were very helpful and abliging the battery was flat but this was replaced with a new one, I was offered a one month warranty which was good on a 14 year old car I've asked what this covers and was told by the owner tgat anything that goes wrong that they will fix it so this gives me some peace of mind, my only gripe was they wouldn't haggle on price even though I was a cash buyer so didn't trade in anything, but they had recently reduced its screen price by £500 so I still think I've had a good deal

   Purchased a little Red Kia from these back in March 2024. Was given 3 months warranty, unfortunately 2 days in the car broke down. AA towed me to the garage where they immediately had it in, I kicked up a fuss and within a day I had a phone call offering me a straight replacement. I went the next day and collected my new car which was good for a while, only thing that went was the battery which is expected on a 16 year old car. Overall 10/10 service from them at BSS.

   I purchased my first car here recently, I took a relative with me to look over and test drive a couple of cars. Very reasonably priced vehicles, friendly and helpful service. Shortly after purchasing the car, the external drivers door handle came off. Despite this being due to the wear and tear of an older vehicle, they were extremely reasonable and repaired this at their own cost. Fantastic customer service. So far... so good! Thank you.

   BEWARE, COWBOY. We paid £20 for a taxi to buy a car from here. Before we left he told us he had just put a new MOT on it. The lights on the car were not working and were full of water. This car would not have passed an MOT. On the test drive there was a burning smell and the brakes shuddered. THIS MAN IS A COWBOY PUTTING FALSE MOTS ON CARS. Another £20 for my taxi home.
