   AVOID. Completely had no idea unless it’s something basic. They will just change every part on your car. Don’t understand diagnostic reports. Said my car was just a problematic car. Not very knowledgeable. Charged me over and over again, changing their mind what they thought the problem was. Another garage sorted it out straight away and the parts that AUTOLINK fitted from MIDLAND CAR SPARES same owner over the road, were sub standard parts and not even the right parts for the job. That’s why they couldn’t fix it. Had to take it to another garage who fixed the problem straight away. Car fine now.

   First time using the garage, and booked my Range Rover in with a voucher from Groupon. From start to finish all staff was amazing! My MOT failed on a damaged tyre, however with their help they guided me where to get a tyre replacement and they done a retest the same day. They also helped me with other inquiries I had about my car that I needed to buy, and as well as there garage they also have a shop and I was able to buy all the bits I needed. I highly recommend this garage, due to their support, confidence and time management. Their service and safety to customers are paramount to them.

   After turning up to drop my car off for a clutch replacement. I was told that it had not been booked, even though I had a confirmation email with all the information on. They refused to do the work and asked me to leave. Please do not use this company they do not deserve your business.

   Absolutely great service this morning. I took my car in to see what needed doing to my brakes. They told me I needed my front pads and discs replaced and offered me a great price. They also surprised me by saying they could fit it in this morning, and it was all done by 12pm! Will definitely be returning to them.
