Very unprofessional job, I had to pay my M.O.T. second time because of their unprofessionalism. Then the manager promised to compensate me and never did. I do not recommend this shop ever.
My car had a breakdown due to battery issue. Called up the garage and Jazz helped me sorted out things. He came to house, charged the car batteries enough to start ignition. Then we drove to this garage. Took care of things and my car is back up and running. He is so supportive and charged decently.
Been using this garage for a while now. Great customer service. Really good team. They changed my breaks. And did a service on my car. Always friendly and reliable. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys :)
I went to the garage for a regular service, they advised me of other minor issues that I had after thoroughly examining my car. The service was outstanding, they went above and beyond. Definitely recommended
Very bad was not open most of the days my car was just sitting there locked in the garage. Poor communication with us as not picking up the phone. My issue was not fixed and has to take my car out. Poor customer service The mechanics have damaged my car even more and had to pay more in order to fix the other issues which this business has caused on my car. The only changed the brake pads and weren’t able to do the job properly. They didn’t bleed the brakes properly according to another mechanic.
Disgusting behaviour of the staff, very rude. I had an emergency but the man didn't want to talk even. When asked mention were busy earlier so didn't like to be busy as not in their benefit only company get money. So struggle with awful situation. I won't suggest to go to this place for any job.
Had my wheel alignment done here today. The guys were really friendly and fitted me in without an appointment. The alignment was done and the car drives completely differently now. The alignment of my car was shown on the screen before hand and then after it had been completed. Thank you for sorting it for me!
