Staff are very friendly. Big shout out to the store colleague Emma who got my 2 daughters sorted with their school uniforms, very patient and a pleasant girl she was very helpful.
Just left the store feeling satisfied and truly well taken care of. The staff didn’t just do their job they went above and beyond, all with a welcoming attitude. I was honestly hesitant to come in because of some negative reviews (clearly written by upset customers), but I’m so glad I gave it a chance. Today I received the best service I’ve had in a long time, and this will now be my go-to branch of Truly Fare. Highly recommend!
Amazing service, very kind and helpful staff! I actually was hesitant to visit them when I read the reviews here, but I found there the best service I could wish for! I purchased my kids' school uniform and didn't need to bother about the sizes as the staff were very helpful, quick and well experienced in determining my kids' sizes. They also offered generous help when my oldest son needed a big fit size of the blazers that wasn't available at the store; they called me the next day to tell me that they brought his size for me to go take it.
Shocking customer service. Order took over a month after being told one and half weeks. When i eventually got the order it was wrong. Had to drive to the warehouse myself and get the right one. No apology or acknowledgment from manager in truly fare Kennedy centre.
I wouldn’t even give 1 star! Very rude staff, they ordered the wrong size then charged me extra for the size I ordered in the first place! Lots of people complaining about them, will never use again as a lot of shoppers also said.
Went into Kennedy Centre one yesterday. Staff totally helpless , clueless , impatient and rude. I walked out travelled to the sports company my son have got everything he needed for St Mary’s CBGS.
Initial contact with young salesperson was pleasant enough. The shop didn't have what I needed, except for shirts. I went to pay with them with a credit note from last August which I'd had as they don't refund returns and since my husband and I had both inadvertently purchased shirts, one set had to go back. The person on the till became extremely rude, stating that my credit note was out of date. I explained I wasn't aware that there was a 3 month expiry date and that I wasn't advised of this when it was given to me. She nastily pointed to the small print at the bottom of the note and true enough it did state 3 month validity, but I had taken this note and folded it into my purse with the intention of using it for the next uniform purchase and since I only buy once a year, I didn't even think to look at it again until today. I'm down £21.00 and I will never use Truly Fare again. Four more years of school for my son, but not a penny of my money wilgo to Cahill's or their nasty staff.
Do not buy st louises skirt from here they are totally different colour from what was being sold at beginning of year and does not match the blazer and jumper. Staff very unhelpful
