   I had a fantastic experience at "The Garage wolverhampton". Had a leaking Near side rear shock absorber on a BMW 320d E90. They delivered on every promise – the service was excellent, and my car was returned precisely on schedule. What really stood out, though, was their willingness to go above and.    Fantastic service. I'm not from the area and my car broke down at the nearby hotel. Breakdown service said I needed a new starter motor. Rang the garage around corner and had it recovered to there. Jag and the team investigated the problem for over an hour and rang to explain the starter motor was fine and it was an electrical issue to the starter motor, and needed an auto electrician. They even made me a temporary fix for me to to be able to start the car to get back to bolton all at no charge at all. First class service from Jag and the team. Thank you. Jay Hilton

   What a great customer service I experienced here. Used this garage for the first time on Saturday. My car went in for an MOT and interim service, all of which were carried out in a timely fashion, and the car was ready for collection when they said it would be. They sourced out the correct specialist oil for my car and even gave me what was left for top-ups. Excellent! Will definitely go back.

   After being completely messed around by TWO other local garages for WEEKS it was Jag to the rescue! He came out to inspect my car and got me in the following Monday. My battery was dead so he came out to jump it and also take it to the garage as I was a bit nervous driving it with the damage it had to the front bumper. Firstly it cost LESS THAN HALF of what the other garages had quoted. Secondly it was done in HALF THE TIME the other garages quoted. When I was called to collect it I had to double check everything I’d asked had been done and it had! Jag fixed the bodywork in a way the other garages CLAIMED couldn’t be done. I believe they were trying to rip me off so I can fully vouch for Jags honesty. The work was to a high standard and exactly as he said it would be. He also did my MOT and the only thing that needed doing was something i was aware of so no surprises, again testament to his honesty which I’ve found is rare in this industry. We discussed booking in a service so he quickly checked my oil. Turned out I basically had none so he topped that up free of charge. I am disabled and was at a loss without my car and essentially housebound without it. I cannot thank Jag enough for getting me in so quickly, and doing good and honest work. I will be making the garage Wolverhampton my garage of choice moving forward and cannot recommend them highly enough based off my experience. Thank you Jag and team Hazel

   Went for a car service and mot. All good until I was told they won't update my service record because Mazda does it online only and they forgot the password. Been told they will get it done asap. 3 weeks and 3 phone calls later, nothing. I do not appreciate being lied to.

   Took my car there to fix the head gasket, paid £1000, but it’s still not fixed, gave me back the car with the keys battery down, the car battery down (had to buy a new one), a punctured tyre, the seats were filthy and whoever worked on the car decided to touch the stereo, putting up the bass level of the sub to maximum and plugging their phone on. First contact with customers is not good as well, you cannot just walk around and ignore people. Lift up your head, smile and welcome your customers properly. If it’s a big job, stay away from them, they’re not good enough.
