Very disappointed, tried returning a dress I bought yesterday, only to find I can only have a credit note, the assistants were adamant that was all they could do so Ive tried contacting the owner but no reply over and over again. What sort of retailer doesn’t give refunds these days.
Went for a prom dress for my daughter She had a fantastic time trying all the different styles/colours ,eventually settling on the perfect dress. All the way through being helped by Lisa and being encouraged and supported to try different ones that maybe she didn’t originally have in mind . Overall great experience for everyone and got the dress she wanted and within budget
I was recommended this place by a friend. I had a prom dress from 2020 that I was unable to wear due to COVID. I’d struggled for the past 4 years to get the prom dress sold, posted on multiple social media pages but no interest. Luckily, when I enquired with Sarah & Lisa, they were able to take care of my preloved dress & sell it to someone who would make good use of it. After a few months, I was delighted to know that my prom dress had been sold! Really good experience & I’m so happy I found a place that is able to sell preloved prom dresses.
