   I had click and collected an order in Nottingham but I'd ordered the wrong colour trainer. I called netherfield retailsl Park and spoke to Darcy. She'd explain that we don't have any of that size in stock, but please go to JD in Nottingham Clumber Street. Get a refund and reorder the trainers or next day delivery for a pound. Thank you Darcy for your fantastic customer service. Even though I didn't visit your shop, you signposted to Nottingham city Clumber street . As I was heading to nottingham. Great service great customer support

   This store in netherfield is always saying they are open at 8am and still sat here at 8.40 am and the shop is not opened. Really annoyed that I made the trip to just waste my time sat here. Should amend your website opening times to say exactly what you are opening. Lucky to 1 star

   Worst customer service ever. Ordered some shoes in the store, paid for next day delivery. Nothing arrived the following day, so I went into the store and no-one had any idea where my shoes where or when they'd be delivered! Was lift standing in the store for over 35 minutes until I gave up and came out. I asked for a full refund instead and said I'd buy them somewhere else but the clueless assistant said she couldn't give me a refund as they might still arrive. You pay extra for NEXT DAY DELIVERY for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Not WHENEVER THEY SHOW UP! Tried to call the store later that night about six times and no-one answered despite the shop being open until 9pm. I will NEVER shop here again. An absolute Disgrace!

   The worst customer service experience I have ever had!! Walking in to be met by two staff leaning in a rail by the door chatting, no greeting just carried in with their conversation. Had to find someone to help me with looking for sizing, despite it being late in the day and very few customers in… the shop looked an absolute state!! Every seat area had rubbish or shoes left all over, the floor was littered - there was no chance of me wanting to spend my money in this store so I went to sports direct.

   We bought a pair of Crocs online and they were the wrong size. We were visiting grandchildren in Nottingham so took them for exchange at JD Sports at Netherfield, Nottingham. A member of staff was working near the entrance. We were greeted with a smile and he asked if he could help. We explained and he said he had them in stock on the shop floor. He gave us the choice of several sizes and took us to the counter and explained a return and supply of replacement. The lady was quickly on to it in friendly fashion and we both said we should have come here in the first place. We went online for mobility issues. We were treated very well by both people. They are a credit to JD Sports.

   Good store with good range of footwear, however disappointed by the lack of help from members of their team. We stood with converse trainers in our hands for a fair while, we asked a lad who said he was serving another customer but will get help for us, so we stood there and waited a few minutes, still nothing and he was back to serving his customer. A few extra minutes went by and no one came to help and numerous staff members were just chatting folding clothes and chatting amongst themselves so we've decided to order the shoes online instead. It was more frustrating that there were only us and the other customer in that area where the converse were, if it was really busy we would have understood.

   Great selection of Spoting goods. Only problem I come across is that if you want trainers the staff are great but if you want shin pads like I did for my daughter the staff were hopeless and I was told know nothing about them can't help you. Don't know if this is because of turn over of staff or that there is no training given.

   Bought a few things that were on sale here. I tried to use Klarna for my purchase but the signal all the way at the far end of the store is no reception whatsoever which I then just paid full price because it wasn't loading. Other than that really friendly service and friendly staff.
