   Many thanks to Rob at Kwik Fit, Birmingham Road. Wolverhampton. Visited the centre at short notice and without an appointment Monday 10th about 4.15pm after discovering a front tyre puncture. The car was required first thing on Tuesday morning. Despite being busy Rob came to my rescue and repaired the tyre without further delay. Excellent service. Thank you Rob.

   Really good experience booked in for a brake check as my car was saying to replace both rear and front break pads, agreed on a price if work needed to go ahead, got a lovely phone call to say they didn’t need replacing and just needed new sensors! Really appreciate the fact the garage were so honest with me and didn’t just do the work cuz I had already agreed to pay for it! Restored faith in mechanics As I know some garages would have just done the work cuz I agreed to pay it and I would have been non the wiser that they didn’t even need doing! Thanks again guys will deffo be coming back when needed again

   I had been served by the manager Josh Hewitt, he had started the job as soon as I got there I did not have to give any notice! Josh took care on advising me with the best prices for my two new tyres and the car alignment. This is the best experience I have had by far when it comes to cars! just straight to the job. Josh also helped with advising and getting tyre insurance sorted. I cannot fault the work done and the time taken to take care insurance wise as I did not know it was something you could do. I am very happy and appreciative Thankyou.

   Needed 4 tyres for my Tesla and they had none in stock however Paul (manager) knew i needed my car to travel to Heathrow Airport in the morning therefore he sent a taxi to the west brom branch to collect the tyres. top notch service! Thank you

   Very unprofessional staff, damaged my steering wheel, wouldn't want me to wait. Staff were vaping, left the door and floor mat very dirty. They tried to intimidate me when I realised the steering was damaged, I rang them and they all were waiting outside for me, 5 in total. They left my vehicle very dirty, their clothing wasn't clean, there were precautions taken to clean the door panel and the foot mat. Contacted customer services and they have agreed to pay for the damaged part on my steering wheel. I do not recommend this particular centre if staff remains here. In general I would be using other service providers as the brand image has been damaged for me.

   HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My MOT had to be rescheduled; the new date and time was confirmed verbally to me. No email or SMS confirmation was sent. When I stopped by at the rescheduled date/time, I was told that the appointment was at an earlier time and that I was 45 min late. They confirmed that refund would be processed in a few days. When I didn't get any refund and called customer care, I was told that the refund would not be given since I was late to the appointment. Can you even believe this?

   Very good service. Really impressed. Tyres got delivered next day (which for my van is not the norm), so next day service was offered for tyre change and wheel alignment and a valve replacement. Thought the job would need two tyres, manager stated only one. They did exactly what I asked for, so I am naturally very pleased. This is to be my regular tyre supplier from now on. Why so pleased about the service, you may ask? Well I've been two about 2-3 other Kwik Fit places over the past 2-3 years and not one could offer or be bothered to complete what I required of them. Cheers to the team for doing the hard work and getting my motor sorted once and for all.
