Hi.My car broke down, about a mile from the garage,there was steering fluid running out from the bottom.I rang the garage when they were open and they came and collected it.It was repaired about a day later.A good, efficient and friendly garage, and they didn't rip me off either! Took my old Jag in 6 weeks ago heater not working. Garage put chemical into radiator to flush out system. Was told to drive around for a couple of weeks...should do the job ! Was charged £80 It didn't, in fact it caused a leak in my radiator. Billbrook Garage said I needed a new heater valve, it would cost £150 to fit. I told them to order one and they said they would ring me when it arrived.Having waited nearly 4 weeks I assume they don't want the work. I have now gone back to my usual garage and had a new radiator and valve fitted. Don't go anywhere near Bilbrook Garage they haven't got a clue.
Can't get much more local to this garage so I was very much in luck when several pesky tyre issues occurred. James was on hand to help and sort it timely and cheaply. Not used for much more than tyres but will gladly go back should problems arise
Very disappointed, they can not do even a simple proper balancing anymore. I’m not using them in future for sure!
Came away from work, quickly realised my tyre was flat. This business was close by and they changed my tyre and got me on my way within half an hour. Very grateful to them and reasonably priced too. Would recommend!
Great local garage, two nice helpful fella's who run it. Helped me out when I needed urgent repairs. They don't rip you off either or talk Down to a female driver. Great place!
