Really nice store, well laid out. Doesn't feel overly cramped. Parking is plentiful, and the staff were super polite
So hot inside, you could not stay in store long enough to browse. Need some sort of ventilation, how the staff cope in the heat is crazy. Also hate self serve tills.
Handy store offering good price clothing and homewares. Offers clothing for men, women and kids at affordable prices. Quality is above average.
My first visit to Matalan. Staff very helpful & polite I bought shoes which were good quality too.
Used to love shopping here, now they push you to self serve. I wanted a £50 gift voucher today. 3 members of staff at one till all unable to solve 1 customer query. I get that not everyone knows everything, but if you cannot solve the issue let someone else don't all 3 of just stand there gawping at each other.
Free car park. Decent size store with changing rooms. Staff OK. Started doing self-serve which miffs me off a bit. Good choice of mid-priced nice clothing and homeware.
Clothing that is affordable for everyday use for adults and children. Well worth a visit in a large complex with good parking. There is a McDonald's and a Costa for a quick bite to eat
