   What a massive difference here at mutley to the service and staff at derriford. I've visited a few times now in the last few weeks and the staff are friendly and great customer service. Interacting with the customers and witnessed a staff member taking a drink and food to the table for a lady who had crutches. 10/10 This is how a food & beverage chain should be run.

   Came in yesterday for my daughter who was desperate for the cake pops, as drakes circus had none and was passing. I also asked if I could have a lavender latte, even though its no longer on the list, the polite member of staff was happy to find the flavour out back and make it for me, so very happy all round and quick service. Town was heaving, as always, so made a pleasant change.. Big thumbs up from us,

   Starbucks just seem to do a great job, it's hard to knock them. If there's no independent I'll go Starbucks everytime. Oat shaken espresso or flat white, they know how to brew coffee.

   Staff always lovely and coffee always great, but opening hours are so hit and miss and not opening until 9am is crazy!!!! This means I spend my money in other coffee shops........ never use to be like this.

   Worst chai latte I have ever tasted. I asked for extra hot and it was barely room temperature. Sickly sweet and tasteless. My daughter had a festive special and said it was okay, but found lumps in the bottom of her cup which was quite unpleasant.

   I visited Thursday and was served by liv who was super friendly and gave me good drink recommendations which turned out delicious! Generally a nice vibe, really nice staff who seem to all have a laugh while working which is nice to see! Highly recommend :)
