   Yesterday, i went to my MOT and i am utterly DISCUSTED and i will NOT be returning. They took my OWN things from MY boot without MY permission and USED IT without me KNOWING! absolutely disgraceful and will never be returning ever. Please save your money.

   I have been to Kwik fit ,Wednesbury a few times , the first time to sort out the Mitsubishi PHEV . The car just shut down once(happening for the first time) . This happened early this year.I had called breakdown services to my work place and they said it was the battery but the battery was actually fine. I book an early morning appointment at Kwik Fit . After hearing my history, the young mechanic took one look inside the boot and sorted out the switch issue in a few minutes. The car had just had anew boot sensor at an authorised Mitsubishi service centre. I had been there again for a Tesla tyre. Antony , the manager sorted this out without any issue. The third time I took the Mitsubishi for a break pad inspection as there was a small warning about this during previous service at the authorised service centre. The issue was sorted out. Everyone is polite , hardworking and make sure that everything is explained clearly. I would strongly recomend this place. Regards Ajay R

   Absolutely fantastic service! Whenever i took my car into any other garage I’d be waiting hours for them to even start my car, with no jobs in. Kiwkfit completed everything needed to be done for my car when I was standing in the waiting room! Polite lads working there too, couldn’t recommend this garage more! Best garage around. Definitely my go to.

   Anthony was super helpful and really got me out of a sticky situation with a faulty locking wheel nut. He explained everything about the situation and gave me all the necessary options, then performed the job quickly and with minimal damage to the affected part. Just great service from him from start to finish.

   ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. I don’t usually give reviews but felt compelled to given the absolutely fantastic service from Anthony and the team. They fit my family and me in at short notice to replace a flat tyre which they did really quickly and then let us sit in the warm waiting room to have lunch with 2 kids under 2. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

   The appointment availability, the price and everything else was exceptional. The place I purchased the car from let me drive it away with a dead battery so when I took it back and they replaced it I was never going to trust them again. I thought there was an issue with my brakes so I booked into a Kwikfit for the free brake check. They never made me feel silly when there wasn't any issues with them and I left with confidence in you guys. So when it was time for my MOT and service there was no doubt in my mind that I would be booking it in with you. Thank you again.
