   Very very surprised at the service here. I frequent other stores of the White Company quite often. Always very friendly service and lovely chats with the staff. However this store left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome.No help when browsing for products. No welcome into the shop. Not even eye contact at the till when purchasing. Very disappointing.

   The waiting times to be served were much longer than expected. One of the sales staff allowed another customer to cut in line and served them before me. This felt very unfair. It seemed that because I wanted to return an item, the sales staff prioritised customers who were making purchases over me.

   Went in to purchase a gift for my nephew. Love the white company but I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable, I went to the kids section to look for a gift and immediately I was followed by a member of staff. As i reached the top of the stairs I realised that there was nobody up there so I thought to myself thats okay she made her way up to provide customer service. Fully expected the staff member to go and make herself busy whilst I looked around. No! She stood in close proximity and was watching my every move. I decided there was nothing I saw that I liked for a gift. So I made my way out the shop, with the staff member following closely behind me as I walked out. I have never felt to awkward in a shop in my life. I susperct a member of management had sent her up and she was following instructions, smiled and just watched me for the entire time. I will probably never walk into that shop again. My advice to the white company is to train their shop managers to manage staff more effectively. Customer service is a lot more than protecting product from theft. This is just poor management! Regards, An upset customer

   Visited today with my four week old son. As I walked in to the store I noticed my son looked a little unwell. Clearly seeing my worry, a lovely member of staff came straight over and asked if we were ok; I told him my son looked a little unwell and he insisted I make myself comfortable in the changing room if he needs a feed, change etc. and take my time. It really put me at ease and comfortable and gave me the time I needed on one of my first trips out with him. I was able to soothe my son and get on with my shopping. The staff were super helpful and were able to find that the item I wanted wasn’t in store, but did an in store purchase to be delivered to my home for me. Definitely will be making sure we pop in on future visits in to Nottingham because the team are just amazing!! Thank you!

   Came in to pick up some items in the sale. First of all the quality is superior to anywhere else and secondly the gentleman assisting was so helpful and very considerate and very knowledgeable. I will return to this shop

   Bryan (I think he might have been the manager) was extremely helpful and polite. I purchased 2 of the same items but when he scanned them, they came up with different prices but he gracefully said he would put both items for the lower price. He also offered to lower the price of the last display item. Great customer service from Bryan! Super helpful and made me feel so comfortable shopping

   Little bit disappointing. Sales assistants gormlessly stand and stare without offering real assistance. Bought a lovely hydro cotton towel in the sale as a gift for my mother but sales assistant plonked it in this garish ‘ the white company SALE’ paper bag which looked a bit trashy , when I asked for it to be in a normal bag as it was a gift the answer i got was ‘ well I suppose I could ‘ and a sigh before doing so. Left happy with the product in the end but let down by service

   Wonderful products and great selection. The only problem is Bryan. We have been in a number of times and he has always been rude and obnoxious. If it was just once I would brush it off as a bad day, but it’s been every time. What a shame to ruin a great shop!
