Bought a tailored suit for a wedding over August bank holiday. Goes without saying that the suit was great, but I was thoroughly impressed by Lewis’s service throughout. I was in a rush on my first visit, but understood and held the jacket, and order the trousers in. Three trips all in all, great experience
Superb, highly recommended. A difficult to obtain Paul Smith collaboration item ( No longer available on website due to demand!) was available at this shop. The manager Natalie kindly set it aside for collection, she was a pleasure to deal with, friendly yet professional and clearly loves what she does. The shop itself is a stunning building and worth a visit if you are in Nottingham.
Staff are lovely and make me feel welcome. The lady manager is just lovely too and always happy to chat. Love the building and is a perfect setting for the clothes. Reminds me of the Floral Street shop. Thankfully I don't need to commute to London for mainline clothes any longer.

Absolutely Disgusting Behaviour From Senior Management ( Gary ) acting like a thug towards a member of the public DJ , just because he had a camera. Absolutely Disgraceful Behaviour I was about to put a large order in for my new clothes store. That will not be happening now. Gary you made the company look terrible i don't work with thugs.

Couldn't get in. Store locator from Paul Smith's own website said it was 'open', website said it is a 'store' (store locator, right?), the notice on the railings said it was open, projecting sign said it was right there (even had a sale sign beneath, as in branded retail sale, not building for sale), nobody answered the phone despite 5x attempts in 2 hours, no response to email. Not sure how one is expected to buy things from an 'open' 'store' with gates locked at street. Very bizarre. I shouldn't even be giving it 1 star as there was nothing to rate other than lure.
