Had 4 new tyres fitted. Unfortunately they overtightened my wheel nuts and the locking nuts had to be damaged at another garage to get the wheels off to carry out some additional work!
I had a flat tyre whilst in Wolverhampton, and managed to get here on a Saturday morning. The lads were brilliant, managed to fit me in, and get be back on the road within a few hours if that. Top quality service, no "we don't stock that tyre" Thankyou so much for helping me out.
Great experience with Kwikfit Stafford street this weekend! Had a flat tyre went to multiple garages all said they were fully booked, luckily I went to Kwikfit and the polite gentlemen at the desk Mike got me back on the road promptly and safely!
So far so good! Car went in with a couple of fault codes. Knowing it required new Cat and Turbo valve. Dropped off the car at 8:30, diagnostics was quick and confirmed faults. Parts ordered and repairs completed by 16:30!! Much appreciated. Will be back…… but hopefully not too soon
Phoned up on a Sunday to say I have a slow puncture that needs fixing and they said bring the car in , when I got there they said they didn't have time to repair it they were to busy so I went somewhere else to have it repaired for a very good price of £10 it took them 12 minutes to repair it !! Thanks for your great help quick fit ......NOT !! I won't be coming to you ever again
I would like to give a special mention for two excellent members of staff Stephen Jones and Thomas. My car tyre indicator had identified a slow puncture. They found a nail had embedded the tyre. They were professional, friendly and gave honest and clear advice. Fantastic team who take care of their customers and deliver a high class service. Both staff members are an asset to the KwikFit Plus Team.
I feel the 1 star is generous! I’ll start by saying common sense really is not that common. The incompetence of the staff there is diabolical! I was advised by a main dealership to have repairs done by Kwik Fit as they have an account with them. The 2 front tyres needed changing as they are cracked & worn however, at first the guy who receipted me said straight away “the dealership won’t cover them as it’s general wear & tear” despite me advising they said they will cover it. He was adamant until I had to show him the email confirmation advising they have honoured this. He then changed his tune. When I collected the vehicle, he said they only changed 1 tyre as the dealership wouldn’t approve the other even though I had the confirmation in writing (so he was ok for me to leave with one good tyre & the other cracked & worn tyre still on the other side with the vehicle now feeling uneven). That alone is mind boggling to me. I complained straight away to the dealership who advised they will look to get this resolved immediately (fine) as they even agreed it’s not safe (especially as I am up & down the country each week with my children). Other faults (that was found by my personal trusted mechanic of many years) was not repaired as Kwik Fit staff said they couldn’t find those faults, so I’m now left disheartened & stressed out as I don’t trust Kwik Fits judgement. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a woman they felt they could just fob me off but they clearly do not care about the safety of their customers, just want money. I most definitely would not recommend & won’t be using them again!
Needed a Class 7 MOT for my van so called Kwik Fit Plus. From the initial call, to leaving the premises with a fresh MOT I found them to be efficient, friendly and courteous. Vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Positive experience all round and would highly recommend their services
Well not all good went to Willenhall first and got to say Wolverhampton is run far better for customer service I think. However what a different at Wolves . Looked quickly to check my tyre pressure. Puncture found and waited in the waiting room and the repaired after a short time which was good as I could see how busy there were. Shame the drink machine had been removed a drink would of gone down well .
