   Excellent customer service! I brought my car in for a tyre replacement late yesterday (around 5 p.m.) and was greeted with a smile by the very helpful staff. They didn't have the exact tyre in stock, but they ordered it straight away. I was very impressed that the car was ready to pick up before 9 a.m. this morning. A big thank you to Attila Papp and the rest of the team for their great support. 10/10!

   Took my car in to exchange my BMW run flats for non run flats all round. The lad was very helpful and answered all the questions that made me feel at ease. Even gave me the best info on the type of tyre to suit my car. Very quick changing the tyres. Very professional and price beat the main dealership. Will be going back in the future. And just to confirm the ride is so much better. With the state of the roads with pots holes less of a hard drive now. Better call the RAC for tyre protection now thanks guys

   Overall a good service. The whole team worked together to complete the tyre change as quickly as possible. I was disappointed that the tyre insurance wasn’t explained correctly. It’s an added extra which wasn’t made clear and so it was made out to be part of the cost of the tyre.

   I have a leased car through motability. Kwik fit ordered my tyre at around 4.30pm as didn't have it in stock. I called around 12.30pm the following day, tyre had arrived and was fitted on my car at 2.45pm!! Great service, friendly and super efficient, thanks

   Honestly this is the best garage in Wolverhampton, I've took my current and past cars here and I refuse to go to any other garage, when I dealt with Rob today he bought a professional but personal touch. The guys here will always do what's best for the customer and never try and overcharge you or sell you extras you don't need. Keep up the good work guys and carry on being the best in Wolverhampton
