   Although the reception staff and most of the dentists are lovely. I have been coming here for years and I have never been seen on time. They are always running at least 15 minutes behind even for the first appointment at 9am.

   I thought I would leave a review for Dr Shirin Hama As I’ve seen her twice she did an extraction which I didn’t even know when my tooth was out. She made me feel comfortable talked me through the whole procedure told me what to expect and each time made me Feel comfortable made me know exactly what she was going to doing and if it was going to be uncomfortable. Its the Second time i have seen Dr Shirin Hama this time i had dry socket straight away Dr Shirin Hama knew exactly what it was straight away. She was absolutely excellent and I felt in safe hands and instantly my panic went so well spoken and professional, I would also like to add I didn’t feel rushed like most dentists have made me feel in the past. I think this Dr Shirin needs to be recognised for her expertise patients softly spoken and also making me as a patient feel like I am in good hands and she knows exactly what she saying.    Dr. Dillon and his team are wonderful people. He has helped my wife Carole and I with dental extraction. I wasn't scheduled for one but my wife was. I needed a tooth pulled also and he helped me and took the broken molar out. This dental team is highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Dillon is a very caring dentist.

   Receptionist, Roman, very helpful and made me feel very welcome. Not sure about the dentist I saw. She didn't listen to what I wanted, which was a new denture. I was asked 3 times if I had any underlying medical problems and 3 times I informed them I had been diagnosed with lung cancer. I'm not even sure she could speak Englishi certainly couldn't understand her, although the face masks don't help. Bit disappointed.

   Its terrible dont join this dental practice. First of all you have to wait a month or two for an a appointment. And a day before your appointment they will call and cancel your appointment, did this to me twice now. Also after cancelling they will offer you a day which is a month later and if you have other commitments then will say that is the only days we can offer for NHS patients like the NHS doesn't pay or something. terrible and you cant even get emergency appointment. They will just say call 111 knowing 111 won't do anything for you
