   Recently bought my first suit from the Nottingham branch and couldn’t have had a better/easier experience. Would highly recommend speaking/ asking for Joel, knew what he was talking about and guided me in a really professional and friendly way. Couldn’t have done any more 10/10

   Very poor service. Staff had no clue on how a suit should fit. They did not measure my son and just guessed his size. My son tried a suit on (they said they only had one in size 36 chest in the whole store) they said it fitted perfectly despite been to short by a at least 3 inches on the arms and body. The staff did not say / offer different sizes or that other options could be ordered in to store. The staff seamed more interested in talking to themselves than offering any kind of customer service. Avoid this store and don't waste your time. There are better stores in Nottingham nearby which know how a suit should fit and offers far better customer service. If you have to use Moss then do yourself a favour and travel to Lincoln as the service there was much better.

   I recently visited the Nottingham branch to return a blazer I hadn’t worn, and at first I was left very disappointed by the service from two younger staff members. Their attitude came across as rude, dismissive and unprofessional laughing when I asked for help, questioning me in an unhelpful way, and making premature accusations that the blazer had been worn. It was not the level of customer service I would expect from Moss. However, the manager Chris completely turned the situation around. He immediately stepped in, apologised for the behaviour of his staff, and handled everything with professionalism and respect. Chris took the time to carefully explain the situation regarding the stitches on the blazer, clarified Moss policy, and made sure I fully understood how this would apply to any future purchases. He also acknowledged where his staff had gone wrong, which I found very fair and refreshing. Most importantly, Chris made me feel like a valued customer again. He resolved the issue fairly by processing the return and was genuinely apologetic for the poor first impression I received. Thanks to him, I walked away feeling satisfied and treated with respect. Chris is a credit to Moss, and in my view, he is exactly the kind of person who should be in a management role. Thank you, Chris, for your excellent customer service.

   Wanted to go out of my way to leave a good review for Moss Bros Nottingham and particularly Joel. I have a wedding today and realised last night that the suit I was going to wear was stained. I got into the moss bros store at about 9:30am was greeted by Joel almost immediately. After telling him my budget I was shown to the suits in my price range that were also suitable for a wedding. Without measuring me, through clear experience he was able to tell me what size I would be, as well as what fit would be best for my frame. Tried on the suit, purchased the suit, was in and out in 15 minutes. Both speedy and good service, turned what was looking like a very stressful morning into one that was slightly easier. Thank you for making my day a bit easier Joel and Moss bros Nottingham.

   We were served by a wonderful young man called Josh. My son needed the whole get up for prom and Josh helped him with his plan as he had a particular look in mind . Josh’s patience and kind words of confidence helped the choices to be easy and correct. He looked absolutely amazing and won best dressed male . Michael who did all the alterations on his velvet jacket made an impeccable job at both recommending and altering the jacket to perfection he knew what he was doing and wasn’t afraid to say if something wasn’t going to work. Really lovely guy. We are extremely happy with the service and unique advice and attention to detail that we were given . Thank you guys and well done ! You made a young man very happy and his Mum!

   Great assortment of suits for all occasions and really helpful shop assistants. Took the time to show me how to know if a suit fit properly. Couldn’t decided which to buy so bought two! Also used the tailor downstairs to ensure it was the perfect fit.

   Awful experience with our wedding suits from moss brothers Nottingham - and a few people I’ve mentioned it to have similar experiences too. Everything was late, arrived across different dates, some items still not arrived the day before the wedding. Made the run up to our wedding really stressful

   so I purchased a blazer from moss and used their tailoring service for alterations so the chap that took my measurements and I was told it will be ready in a few days and I will receive a phone call after 10 days I receive no phone call I went to the shop only to be told he was too busy to call me to let me know it was ready anyway I tried it on it still was not correct so I told them I needed it for Tuesday the latest I turned up on Tuesday to only be told by staff he had popped out and the blazer was not ready then to receive a rude phone call from the Taylor saying why did I come in and cause commotion when I did no such thing anyway I got the blazer it still was not correct I rang back and he told me to come in which I did and we had the blazer altered again for the third time only for the lining to be removed from the back which has made the blazer lose its shape and a waste of money (£210) wasted and no good for me I will definitely not be using this business again and not recommending it to anyone stay far away

   Today we visited the Nottingham branch of Moss Bros. Group Ltd and took our nervous 6 year old for a suit fitting. Anthony was making jokes, asking him to be a scarecrow, and making him feel comfortable. In total we rented three suits for an upcoming wedding and the price was just under £500, not bad! That includes waistcoat, tie and pocket square. Anthony was also able to guess our measurements on site, which is what 34 years in the business will do you! Thanks Moss Bros!
