   I've just read review of 1 dissatisfied patient and will wholeheartedly disagree with this review, Abbie is very professional and pleasant young lady, perhaps it was the way she was spoken to and was looked down at that Abbie felt uncomfortable, I'm amazed how this patient has personally attacked a young woman because she is upset with the service she received! Naming names when Abbie was not involved with the dental treatment, this practice is amazing please dont listen to gossip check it out yourself.

   My daughter felt very uncomfortable with dentist Anisha and nurse Sakar. She noticed them exchanging looks that made her feel scrutinised and judged, which is especially difficult given her mental health struggles. This was the worst experience for her. as someone who works in the healthcare field at the hospital they should do better with their attitude towards work and focus on their patients more.

   Found this gem of a dentist when I damaged a tooth. They got me in next day which was perfect for me. I was seen by Dr Khadeejan and Nurse Abbie. I hadn't seen a dentist for some years due to personal reasons, they were both friendly polite and professional. You really couldn't ask for more. Gave me some really good advice. Booked in for a check in a few weeks, The practice is clean and tidy and best of all not that far from my house. I will most definitely keep comming here for check ups or treatment. Great experience.

   I cannot recommend Dr. Sarah Chung highly enough. She recently saved my molar with a root canal treatment and went above and beyond by reinforcing it with fibre glass posts (a non-NHS treatment) to ensure long-term strength and protection. She later fitted a crown, which has greatly enhanced the tooth’s durability and functionality. Dr. Chung is a young but exceptionally professional dentist who clearly takes great pride in the quality of her work. Her attention to detail and patient care are outstanding, and the whole process was carried out with precision. I now have complete confidence in her expertise and have even switched my entire family to be under her care. Truly grateful to have found such a skilled dentist!

   I’ve just had a root extraction done by one of short heaths amazing dentists Leo. I hate needles and didn’t feel a thing, he did it slowly and took his time after I made him aware I had a phobia. He was very understanding, very insightful on what I could do to fill the gap left behind and overall it was the best experience I’ve had yet in a dentist chair ⭐️

   Would not recommend unfortunately, initial check up went ok & were friendly. However, my 2 front teeth have been ruined by some type of covering/residue (rough on the front surface) when attending my actual appointment of fillings. The dentist also completed high fillings, which as a result I have had to visit a private dentist to fix as my teeth look terrible, worse than when I went. I now require crowns due to how they look. They also left a huge chip in my front tooth.

   This by far the nicest dental practice I have ever attended, small surgery with very friendly people. Parking in the street but never an issue and can park close by. Treatment has always been done well and densists are very informative and sensitive.

   Last week I had my 3rd session at Short Heath Dental Practice: 1.-evaluation; 2.- extraction; 3.- fillings and teeth cleaning. After my past bad experience with other dentists, finally I found the best ever dentist, GURVINDER! He made me feel confident and explained each process in advance. I write this review to say a BIG THANK YOU for everything as I felt NO PAIN at all, but mostly to encourage people like me, who fear dentists to go ahead to this Dental Practice as all the team and staff are very friendly and helpful.
