   I attended the Boucher Road store on Saturday afternoon to try and resolve an issue with an online order that hadn't been refunded to my account. The manager in the children's department was extremely rude and unhelpful, telling me that she didn't personally have a next account so she couldn't help me and told me to go through customer services. As I turned to leave, the manager began talking about me to another staff member. I contacted customer services today and they explained that the issue SHOULD have been resolved instore and apologised for the staff members behaviour. There was an extreme lack of interest in trying to help me resolve the issue and it would deter me from visiting this particular store again.

   Staff have an awful bad attitude in here!!! Been in here before and the person in front of me, their click and collect package went missing because a staff member had given it to a different customer!! What protocol is in place to allow this to happen? The customer who placed the order was obviously very upset. When asking for their money back all the staff member could say was “that’s too bad, you’ll have to order it again” like what???? My friend and I listening got second hand embarrassment and left. I placed a click and collect order and unfortunately had to pick it up in this store today. When I went to collect the the package in store, I seen the item I had bought was on the shelf for a cheaper price. I asked the lady behind the till if I could return my package and buy the one on the shelf because there was a £5 difference. She rudely said the cheaper price was wrong and I asked her to double check just because I don’t understand why it says different online. I said to her “shall I leave the shelf item here so you can change the price?” She rolled her eyes! This store is very disappointing to the Next brand. Shame guys because your homeware is lovely.

   As always, the store has lots of lovely clothing beautifully made and reasonably priced. I happened to be there during the sale and picked up a few really good bargains. The staff were really helpful and very efficient, the queue at the check outs was dealt with very quickly. Next is always a pleasurable shopping experience.
