   Visited my dentist today. Was a nervous. Saw dentist Flor & dental nurse Rav. Outstanding dental care & customer service, from both these wonderful women. Thank you for putting my mind at ease & really looking after me, at my first time appointment with yourselves. Lovely receptionist, named Julie was also excellent in helping me. Thank you to all these three ladies for all their kindness, patience & help.

   Been coming here years. Ever since the new Bhandal owners took over, it was given a modern refurbish but the dentists are terrible. I’ve never been so rushed outa an appointment before. Had some X-Rays and the dentist didn’t comment on outcome - just carried on. The scale and polish was like an F1 pit stop. Then when I had some Q’s, quick answers and he just kept saying sign here to get me out.

   Went today to have fillings done and I was petrified as I have had very bad experience from previous dental practice's in the past. The dentist took the time to calm me down, talk me through everything that was happening and had lots of patience for me after seeing how petrified I am. Both the dentist and dental nurse was so lovely with me constantly reassuring me and being so caring. I honestly can't thank you enough for your bedside manner and patience.

   Dr Karin Singh is a very good dentist. Brilliant attention to detail, gentle and explains every procedure clearly. I'm very satisfied with her work, it's obvious she is a highly professional, conscientious and caring dentist. The receptionists and dental nurses are also attentive and friendly and the practice itself clean, warm and hygienic. Very happy to use this surgery and have recommended to friends.

   Absolutely avoid. Unprofessional and mismanaged. Cancelled filling appointment, 3 times in a row all at last minute. The owner should be held accountable for overworked staff who are constantly being rotated across practices !!

   What a joke of an place!! Been trying for the past 18 months to get an appointment. I finally get one for 5 weeks in the future. Then a week before, I get a txt saying it has been rescheduled for another 4 weeks! It continues. Finally on the day of my appointment I got stuck in a meeting that ran over so I call the practice to say I would be 5 mins late. "No I'm sorry we won't be able to see you if your 5 minutes late as we have another patient in 10 mins after your appointment" How were they possibly going to check my teeth and do a scale and polish in 10 mins!! Next available appointment another 5 weeks! That's it, I'm done!

   WOW just had the best dental experience with Karin Singh and her assistant Liam. Thorough examination with x-rays which in turn I was shown and explained the condition of my teeth. Popped in a bridge that had fallen out and booked me in for a new appointment for fillings 4 days apart. First time I have ever felt like a dentist actually cared and an assistant who made conversation !!! Very happy patient. and look forward to going back!

   This practise has been our dentist now for a good few years. Cannot fault them at all. All staff are very friendly. After a recent visit for a tooth extraction with Dr Sudan I was very nervous and anxious and he put me at ease instantly. The dental assistant who accompanied him was also amazing with me.. in under 60 seconds my tooth was out If I ever need another extraction I will not worry at all because it was so quickly and easily done. Would highly recommend
