Had 2 teeth out today and Brij and Amy were fab. I have had a fear of the dentist for years and have slowly built my confidence up over the last 5 years whilst visiting this dentist and I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about when I had the procedure. Quick efficient and painless and went above and beyond to stem my fear
My daughter is a patient at this practice and encountered a problem. We approached the practice who immediately rectified it and went above and beyond in their customer service and resolution of the problem. Highly recommend!
UPDATE:be surprised to say I called and never got through! AGAIN no one picks up... OMG how rubbish is this place!! a week of trying to call and make a appointment & no one can pick up the phone!! Considering there is more receptionists then dentists makes you wonder what the hell they are doing!! Contact Us on the website doesn't work... Cant do the basics makes you wonder what state they will leave your mouth in....
Just completed Invisalign with Ana Lopez- Val. I had regular contact with her throughout my treatment plan. I have been really pleased with both the service and the outcome and so pleased I did it. I get comments now on how good my teeth look!
I was due an appointment today at 10:15 but because I’ve been really ill since last Thursday I thought it would be best to rearrange so I’ve made 9 calls to the practice and wasted 39 minutes listening to musics just to get cut off. I also sent an email yesterday to try and say I could not attend but no reply. I’ve tried my best to rearrange. PLEASE tell me what else am I supposed to do. By the way the dentists are really good here. So this purely aimed at the phone system in place
Highly recommend this practice, staff always friendly and helpful, my new Dental Nurse Ana is lovely, puts you at ease and explains treatment plan. I have been coming here for year and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Using the practice as an NHS patient, but feel more than just another number coming in the doors. The dentist I have seen took the time to explain things which for me personally, I liked
My dentist was brilliant, she explained everything in detail, gave me options to choose, was patient with me whilst I made my decision. During treatment she was so patient and kept me informed of everything she was doing. It made the visit to the dentist for a root canal all the less daunting and it really helped to know everything that was going on. I also had to have 2 separate X-Rays during the procedure and these were all done without delay with the results back with the dentist before I was back in the treatment room.
