Yet another stress free visit to Jaspal yesterday, he's been my dentist for over 20 years. Always makes me feel relaxed as I can get hyped up when having needles for a filling !
I have just been to this Dentist so unprofessional.. The Dentist did not put or even attempt to give me googles to wear when examing my mouth..This is concerning as i have had a cornea Graft so unprofessional as debris could have gone into my. The patient care was horrendus and This is the only dentist t i have ever been thats has never offerd me Goggles knowing my history of a Cornea Graft..i will never attend here again. It's all well saying you work two days week and you work at New cross with drills..Get the basics right. I will be putting a complaint into the practice manager. Never again. Regarding you comment. It is good Practice...and i have never ever had to ask before. I suggest You train your dentist. Either you have it right and everyone has it wrong. As for the attuide of the Dentist she was unsure how long a filling is Guarantee for future refrence all fillings are Gauranted for a year.. she also could not tell if i was in pain and wanted to pack it for £40...tryimg to be pushy she was also unsure if she could do a filling or if it needed to extracted even after looking at it. I have today seen a dentist who was clear they could remove the old filling after a examaintion and gave me a new filling..I will be honest with you. I felt it was all sell sell no compasaion or customer service. I will be now putting a complaint into the Governing body who regulates you with your comments and we can see what the out come is. The examination was less than 2 minutes long. Please leave the regulators details below as you have not allowed me to response..thank you
I’ve had such a great experience with Bally and his team! He’s really reassuring, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to do things properly! Easily the best dentist I’ve ever had :) The staff are also lovely and the whole place has a calm, welcoming vibe. I’d definitely recommend Bally to anyone looking for a dentist they can really trust!
5*. Absolute baby when it comes to the dentist. Sukhraj and ellie are a dream team. Sukhraj makes you feel so at ease and is really reassuring. I dont think i would of got through it with out her. If she was to leave this practice , i would follow. Recommend to any fellow baby like myself. She is brilliant
From the minute I rang the service was amazing. I'm over the moon with my treatment. The care I received was amazing. I was and am over the moon with my results . Bally is so kind professional and caring his results are outstanding THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I telephoned the practice this morning because I was experiencing severe pain with my wisdom tooth. Spoke to a very helpful lady called Hayley who arranged an emergency appointment for 30 minutes later. I saw the lovely dentist who prescribed me with antibiotics and hopefully I won't need any further procedures. Have been with this practice for over 30 years have never had any problems. Thank you once again.
I am a new patient with this practice, so far I have found the level of patient care outstanding. The service I received was the best I have ever had. May I add that I am an anxious patient and the level of professionalism and care I have received is amazing. I have been made to feel welcome and comfortable from walking into reception to leaving after treatment.

Lovely dental practice! The girls on the desk are very welcoming from the moment you step through the door and the dentists are amazing! 100% recommend!
Going to the dentist has always made me stressed but from the start of my appointment with Pavan Bambra (I'm forgetful but this was the name I was given by the reception when I called back) he made me feel comfortable. He worked efficiently and answered any questions I had about my current dental situation and more generally about dental health explaining the details with ease and we even had a little chat about travel while we waited for results. Will definitely be going back. Thanks for a great experience
